I offer a warm and loving yet authentic approach to help clients get to the root causes of their suffering where true healing can occur. I use an intuitive approach following relational, psychodynamic, and somatic lenses.

Intimate partnerships are one of our greatest opportunities for growth but often this comes through intense triggers and the conflicts these bring on. I love supporting partners in their work to find deeper intimacy with themselves and their partners.

I work with clients using prescription ketamine as a tool for self development and healing. I will support your process through preparation and intention setting prior to the medicine session as well as with integration therapy after. Medicine sessions last 3 hours and can be held in my office, in your home or virtually. For clients who react well to the medicine self guided sessions can be an option. Having a guide can help you to more fully surrender to the experience and to have the support you need should you start to feel overwhelmed or off course during your journey. The integration process is integral to the healing work we will do together and will be woven throughout the process. I will help you to make sense of your experiences as well as to create new frameworks that you can use to unlock your highest potential.

So much of my own self development has been guided by the psychedelic realms and I have a passion for supporting people as they integrate their own experiences in the higher dimensions. My work focuses of helping you to create frameworks that can be used to bridge psychedelic experiences into your day to day life.

Together we will work to unlock the messages received from your unconscious mind and from the spirits of the medicine and to understand these in more depth. Using a psychodynamic, somatic and psychedelic lens I’ll help you journey inward to explore the ways the early programming you were given continues to affect your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. By unlocking the narratives and unconscious beliefs you have been holding I can assist you in shining a light upon the aspects of your life that are no longer in your alignment to make space for your higher self to emerge.
