My approach to ketamine-assisted psychotherapy brings together depth-oriented therapy, somatic awareness, and thoughtful attention to the setting in which your experience unfolds.
I specialize in creating a sacred container which is a warm, intentional space where you can feel supported in turning inward. Beyond standard KAP trainings, I have also trained in ceremonial medicine work informed by Indigenous practices, which has deepened my attention to intention, ritual, and the care with which we enter and hold these experiences.
I offer sound healing and personalized guided meditations to open sessions, inviting you to settle into your body, connect with your intentions, and ease into the experience. These offerings are shaped by your preferences; no particular spiritual belief is necessary.
Our work makes room for whatever arises, without pressure to reach a breakthrough or make meaning before you are ready. I bring a grounded, compassionate presence, honoring the depth of the experience and your own pace.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is an aspect of my practice that I feel very deeply connected to. Supporting clients through this experience is both a passion and a calling in my life that brings me great fulfillment. I also deeply value being a part of how this medicine can, at times, supercharge the therapeutic process.
Integrating Non-Dual Experiences
A particular focus of my work is the integration of non-dual experiences, moments when the usual sense of separation between yourself and the world softens or falls away. These experiences may carry a sense of unity, spaciousness, or profound belonging. They can also be difficult to put into words or reconcile with ordinary life.
I offer space to explore these experiences without imposing an interpretation. Together, we attend to what they mean for you and how they might inform the way you relate to yourself and others. This includes making room for grief, conflict, boundaries, and practical needs alongside experiences of interconnectedness.
For many clients, this becomes one of the most profound aspects of our KAP work. Integrating these experiences can help cultivate a deeper sense of internal safety and create meaningful shifts in how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us.
Preparation and Integration
Preparation and integration are central to my approach. Together, we explore what brings you to this work and make space afterward to reflect on your experience, connecting emerging insights with your relationships, patterns, and everyday life. The minimum recommended sessions is one preparation and intention setting session a week or so prior to the KAP journey and one integration session 24 hours after to fully utilize the neuroplastic window.
